Meaghan joins from Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP, where she was a partner in the Litigation Department and International Arbitration Group and Co-Chair of the Art Law Group.
Meaghan brings more than fifteen years of experience representing global clients in high-stakes litigation in state and federal courts and in domestic and international arbitration. Her litigation practice spans contract and business-tort disputes, fraud claims, corporate governance and partnership disputes, fiduciary litigation, and the domestic and cross-border enforcement of judgments and arbitral awards. She also maintains a substantial art law practice, representing art market participants in disputes and transactional matters.
Meaghan is ranked by the Chambers High Net Worth Guidefor Art and Cultural Property Law and is recognized by other leading legal directories for her work in commercial litigation and international arbitration. She is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and California.
