Pat is a commercial litigator with over a decade of experience representing corporations and individuals in complex business disputes in state and federal courts across the country. Before joining Fishkin Lucks, Pat practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP and more recently Dechert LLP, where he handled a wide range of commercial litigation matters, ranging from “bet-the-company” high-stakes litigation to federal class action lawsuits. Pat has taken cases through trial and appeal, and he regularly advises clients on litigation strategy and risk management issues across a variety of industries.
Pat received his J.D. from New York University School of Law and his M.B.A. from NYU’s Stern School of Business. He completed a federal clerkship with the Hon. William H. Walls in the District of New Jersey. Pat is admitted to practice in New York state and federal courts, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
