Grant is a commercial litigator with experience representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts. His experience spans a variety of areas including class actions, antitrust, securities, mass torts, product liability, civil rights and constitutional claims, and False Claims Act litigation.
Grant received his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Northwestern University, and his law degree from the University of Michigan Law School. At Michigan, Grant competed in the Henry M. Campbell and Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court competitions and was a student attorney in the Child Advocacy Law Clinic. Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, he was an associate at litigation boutiques in New York and Chicago.
Grant is admitted to practice in New York and Illinois.
