Liz is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience representing a wide spectrum of clients in state and federal courts across the country, spanning various industries, including manufacturing, insurance, real estate, financial services, cryptocurrency, pharmaceutical, and fashion. Liz has substantial expertise in handling business disputes, product liability matters, and civil enforcement actions. Before joining Fishkin Lucks, Liz practiced at DLA Piper and at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe.
Liz received her J.D. from Rutgers Law-Newark and M.A. in conference interpretation (English-Korean) from Middlebury Institute of International Studies. Liz is admitted to practice in New York state courts and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
