David is an experienced litigator with substantial expertise handling product defect and toxic tort claims, business disputes, and labor and employment matters. Before joining Fishkin Lucks, David was a partner at a regional firm in Philadelphia. David represents clients in state and federal courts in and around Pennsylvania and is often called upon to help manage large-scale multi-jurisdictional litigations. He also has substantial experience in all forms of alternate dispute resolution and is a trusted advisor to clients in the areas of risk management and litigation avoidance.
David received his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in state and federal courts in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and New York.
