Brendan Herrmann

Brendan has litigated a wide variety of matters, including complex commercial disputes, class actions, and employment disputes, on behalf of clients in the financial services, pharmaceutical, transportation, and other industries.  He has trial experience in both federal and state court.  Brendan also has substantial experience representing clients on risk management and in connection with regulatory proceedings and internal investigations.  He has done significant pro bono work in cases involving human trafficking, prisoner civil rights, and on behalf of indigent criminal defendants.

Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Brendan was an associate at Dechert LLP and clerked for Judge Hector Gonzalez of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.  Brendan received his undergraduate degree from Notre Dame, and his J.D. from the University of California Los Angeles School of Law.  He is admitted to practice in New York, California, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
