Andy is a trial lawyer with thirty years of experience representing commercial entities in a wide range of industries, including design and manufacturing, insurance, financial services, construction, and energy. Andy has litigated and tried lawsuits and class actions in state and federal courts nationwide and before multi-district litigation panels, and he has arbitrated and mediated matters around the country. Andy also regularly represents clients in state and federal appellate practice. Throughout his career, Andy has served on national and regional trial teams and has served as national, regional, and coordinating counsel. Andy also spends considerable time counseling clients on risk management and litigation avoidance, including in the role of clients’ outside general counsel.
Prior to co-founding Fishkin Lucks, Andy was a partner at an Am Law 100 firm for seventeen years where he served various roles in senior management, including on that firm’s executive committee. For many years, he also chaired that firm’s global litigation department and headed various litigation practice groups.
Andy graduated from Fordham Law School where he was a member of the Fordham Moot Court Board. He is admitted in state and federal courts in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, and several United States Circuit Courts of Appeals. Andy has been recognized by SuperLawyers in the area of Civil Litigation.
Andy is active in his local community, having served as a chair of the Marlboro (NJ) Economic Development Committee and the President of Marlboro’s Community Fund.
