Aaron represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation and arbitrations.  He maintains a diverse practice that spans the insurance, financial services, manufacturing, energy, technology, and real estate sectors.  Aaron’s experience ranges from one-off commercial disputes to complex class actions, and he litigates domestic matters and international arbitrations alike.  He has handled matters involving business torts, consumer fraud claims, shareholder disputes, trade secrets, licensing issues, products liability, environmental law, and digital payment fraud.  In addition to his civil litigation practice, Aaron has represented broker-dealers and other financial institutions in connection with regulatory proceedings and internal investigations.  Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Aaron practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell.  He is admitted to practice in the New York state and federal courts.

Aaron received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. At Michigan, Aaron served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review. He received his B.A. from Yeshiva University, summa cum laude

Aaron is an active member of the Litigation Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
