Aaron has a diverse practice encompassing complex commercial litigation, class actions, environmental litigation, securities cases, and mass tort matters. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants in the financial services, energy, real estate, sports, manufacturing, and banking sectors. Aaron also has substantial experience representing broker-dealers, banks, and other financial institutions in connection with regulatory proceedings and internal investigations.
Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Aaron was an associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell.
Aaron received his J.D. from the University of Michigan Law School, magna cum laude, where he was a member of the Order of the Coif. At Michigan, Aaron served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan Law Review. He received his B.A. from Yeshiva University, summa cum laude.
Aaron is admitted to practice in the New York state and federal courts.
