Aaron represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes litigation and arbitrations. He maintains a diverse practice that spans the insurance, financial services, technology, and real estate sectors. Aaron’s experience ranges from individual commercial disputes to complex class actions, and he litigates domestic matters and international arbitrations alike. He has handled matters involving business torts, contract claims, shareholder and partnership disputes, trade secrets, and licensing issues. Aaron also has deep experience representing venture capital funds, investment managers, and investors in disputes arising from investments, fund governance, operations, and secondary transactions.
In addition to his civil litigation practice, Aaron has represented broker-dealers and other financial institutions in connection with regulatory proceedings and internal investigations. Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Aaron practiced at Davis Polk & Wardwell. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of New York.
Aaron is the Secretary of the Litigation Committee of the New York City Bar Association.
