Amy has litigated a wide variety of matters, from business torts to complex commercial disputes, on behalf of clients from multiple industries, including financial services, health care, hospitality and manufacturing, in both federal and state courts. She also has experience counseling management on employment contracts and separation agreements, updating and drafting employee handbooks, conducting investigations, and compliance with various federal, state and local employment laws.
Prior to joining Fishkin Lucks, Amy was a litigation associate at a regional firm based in New Jersey. Before that, Amy clerked for the Honorable David H. Ironson of the Superior Court of New Jersey in Morris County, New Jersey.
Amy received her law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law. At Seton Hall, she was a student advocate in Seton Hall’s Conflict Management Program. There she represented individuals in a variety of proceedings before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey along with claimants filing investor grievances with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority.
Amy is admitted to practice in the state courts of New Jersey and New York and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
